THYNNE DEV is the data controller for the Haan Harn service. You can reach us via the contact channel at the end of this document.

• LINE account data: user ID, display name, and profile picture when you sign in with LINE.

• Account data: email and authentication details (for email sign-up).

• Anonymous usage data: a temporary user ID is generated automatically when you start using the app before signing in.

• Group and bill data: split records, bills, and group members you create or join.

• Technical data: session cookies, IP address, and device/browser type, used for security and authentication.

We use your data to: authenticate you and maintain your session, provide bill-splitting and group features, protect account security, and improve the service.

Our legal bases include your consent, performance of a contract to provide the service, and legitimate interest in keeping the system secure.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers necessary to operate the system, such as LINE (login), database and hosting providers, strictly as needed, or where required by law.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as necessary for the purposes above and as required by law. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Under the PDPA you have the right to: access and obtain a copy of your data, request correction, request erasure, restrict processing, object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already lawfully carried out. If you believe processing is unlawful, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

We use only essential cookies to maintain your login state and session security. Disabling them may prevent the service from working.
